about me

I’m Jenna—Mum to a teen, partner, and dog lover living in Taranaki, New Zealand. I’ve been training for over 7 years, trying everything from weightlifting and boxing to group fitness, running, Hyrox, and even prepping for police fitness tests. I know what it’s like to juggle life, work, and training without losing your mind (well, mostly).

I’ve run businesses and worked corporate jobs, and now I’m studying psychology with a focus on health, sports, and exercise. My PT work is where everything comes together—helping people move better, feel stronger, and figure out what actually works for them.

I’m a NASM-qualified personal trainer (an internationally recognised certification) and registered with REPS NZ, so you can trust that I know my stuff. 

There’s no magic formula here, just practical advice, real results, and training that fits your life.  I’ll help you build a plan that works without overcomplicating it.

Not necessarily! Online training can be customised to your environment—whether it’s a gym, home, or outdoor space. I’ll work with the equipment you have or suggest affordable alternatives if needed.

Every plan starts with a consultation to understand your goals, fitness level, lifestyle, and preferences. From there, I design a program tailored to you, focusing on sustainable progress and enjoyment.

We’ll stay in touch through regular check-ins via messaging app to discuss your progress, adjust your plan, and keep you motivated. I’ll also provide tools to track your workouts and results.

No problem! My programs are beginner-friendly and designed to help you build confidence and skills at your own pace. I’ll guide you through every step, so you feel supported from day one.

This depends on your starting point and goals, but most clients start noticing positive changes in their energy levels, strength, and mood within a few weeks. Visible results may take longer, but I focus on building sustainable habits for long-term success.

Safety is my priority. I’ll work with you to create a program that accommodates any injuries or health conditions, focusing on exercises that promote recovery and overall well-being. Always consult your doctor before starting a new fitness program.
